Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was quite small, making it a challenge to even open both suitcases simultaneously. The bathroom layout was awkward, with a rail at a height that always seemed to be in the way. Despite its size, the room did not justify the price paid.
The hotel is ideally located near the town center and beach, offering a quiet stay with beautiful surroundings. The rooms are cozy and clean, though some may find the lack of windows a downside. The service is pleasant and professional, making you feel welcomed. Dining options are adequate, but some may be disappointed by the breakfast experience. The location is superb, allowing easy access to Arcachon. However, dining and room views could be improved for a more satisfying stay.
The hotel had quite small and uncomfortable rooms, not ideal for longer stays, and can only be accessed via stairs. The service was helpful, especially when our motorbike was blocked, but lacked coffee/tea facilities and needed maintenance work. It is surrounded by architecturally interesting homes and is very conveniently located close to the beach and the train station. The dining experience was fabulous with a good range of buffet items. The hotel offers a lovely pool and is minutes from the Arcachon town centre. Rooms lack showers in double beds and have thin mattresses, a downside for comfort.
